I'm a New York City-area editor, instructor, and AI content policy consultant. Most of my current work focuses on the ethical use of generative artificial intelligence in the editing and writing professions. I present regularly at conferences and as a guest lecturer on AI ethics.  My editorial background is strong, with 30 years of editorial experience working in journalism, technical writing, finance, and content editing.

 

I currently serve on the ACES Board of Directors and maintain memberships in the Editorial Freelancers Association, Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading, and Professional Editors Network.
